Mobile Service – 1 Hour of Shiatsu/Reiki in the comfort of your own home. £50 per session (+ petrol charge of 25p/p mile above 25 mile radius from YO42 4LU). Please contact for full, no obligation quote. Allow an extra 30 minutes on appointment time for set up and clear away. (Sufficient floor space is needed for a double futon mattress. For your comfort I recommend choosing a space free from noise and distraction).
Yoga Classes – Zoom internet sessions £5 per session booked in 4-5 week blocks.
In person classes – First ‘taster’ session £10, then pre-booked in blocks of 4-6 weeks thereafter.
